As a holistic doula, my focus is on providing compassionate, evidence-based support that empowers birthing individuals to navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence. While working on a master’s of science in clinical nutrition and having multiple certifications from some of the top doula training companies, my background allows me to provide evidence-based guidance, ensuring that you receive care backed by the latest research. Bun Starter Package
$1400
This package offers essential support for expecting families, highlighting the importance of a nurturing environment as you prepare for your new arrival. You will receive two prenatal appointments, labor support, weekly check-ins, one postpartum night shift (8 hours, usually 10 pm to 6 am), and one postpartum day shift (4 hours usually).
Meanhanach Service Package
$1750
This package expands on our basic offering, including personalized labor guidance tailored to your desires. This plan is ideal for those seeking more postpartum support once their baby arrives. You will receive two prenatal appointments, labor support, weekly check-ins, two postpartum night shifts (16 hours), and two postpartum day shifts (8 hours).
Deas Premier Package
$2000
This comprehensive package provides extensive labor support, integrating nutrition education and two personalized consultations. It's geared toward families who wish to emphasize postpartum care. You will receive two prenatal appointments, labor support, weekly check-ins, two postpartum night shifts (16 hours), four postpartum day shifts (16 hours), childbirth education class, and nutrition support.
Postpartum Hours
$100-$200
This is only if you are looking for postpartum support. I charge by the hour with a max of $200 for a shift. Each night shift is 8 hours with a maximum amount of $200. Each day shift is 4 hours with a maximum amount of $100.
